I fell down the rabbit hole of fantasy a couple of years ago, and now it’s all I want to read. There’s something magical about escaping the everyday grind, getting lost in other worlds, and following characters I can stick with through a whole series. These books stay with me even when I’m not reading – it’s impossible to stop thinking about them! Below is my list of all time favourites!

A Court of Thorns and Roses

By Sarah J Mass

“A Court of Thorns and Roses” was the first fantasy series that truly swept me off my feet and got me into the genre. Although the first book felt a little slow, everything changed with the second one. From then on, I couldn’t stop—I binged the entire series in a week and became completely absorbed in the world, romance, and richly drawn characters. The world felt so alive that even now, I still catch myself thinking about it.

But it was the final book that hit me on a whole different level. Something about Nesta’s journey resonated deeply with me, and her character growth changed something in me. Her strength, struggles, and resilience made her a character I’ll never forget. To this day, Nesta remains one of my favourite characters, and this series holds a special place in my heart.
